Experiments and observations on quilled and red Peruvian bark. Among which are included, some remarkable effects arising from the action of common bark and magnesia upon each other. With remarks on the nature and mode of treatment of fevers, putrid sore-throat, rheumatism, scrophula, and other diseases; in order to ascertain the cafes in which bark may be administered - either alone, or combined with other remedies - to the best advantage.
